Terms of Service for Membership
By
signing up with the monthly quote service you agree to the
following
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com is authorized to send
a monthly quote of your choosing on your behalf to your
emailing list that you maintain at MonthlyQuote.com.
- You agree that you may specify a special message to send
along with your quote every month.
- You agree that if you do not choose a quote for a particular
month that MonthlyQuote.com will choose a default quote
for you to send to your emailing list maintained at MonthlyQuote.com.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com may bill your credit card
on a recurring basis for its ongoing service up to one day
before the renewal date based on the current pricing
plan.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com may refuse to send a quote
of your choosing if MonthlyQuote.com perceives it as inappropriate
and may replace that quote with a default quote for you.
This may be done without notice.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com sends the quotes on your
behalf with your permission based on your membership. By
maintaining membership you agree that MonthlyQuote.com may
continue to send a monthly quote to your emailing list on
you behalf.
- You agree that each person that you subscribe to your
MonthlyQuote.com emailing list must reply to a confirmation
email send to them by MonthlyQuote.com on your behalf to
accept the subscription before they are added to your emailing
list.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com may send an email to your
subscribers, no more than one per calendar year, to introduce
them to the services that MonthlyQuote.com has to offer.
Your subscribers may opt out of receiving this introductory
email by following the instructions in the email.
- You agree that while MonthlyQuote.com sends a quote every
month on your behalf, the message comes from you with your
return email address. You agree that it is your responsibility.
- You agree to honor any request from your subscribers to
be removed from your emailing list. MonthlyQuote.com provides
an admin area for you to make adjustments to your subscriber’s
information.
- You agree that if MonthlyQuote.com receives any complaint
from your subscribers that their requests for being removed
from your emailing list are not being honored, MonthlyQuote.com
reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account with
no refund for the dues paid to date.
- You agree not to misuse the MonthlyQuote service or use
it for any other purpose other than what it was intended
for.
- You agree not to send any quotes or remarks with racist,
sexist, offensive or otherwise demeaning remarks and that
MonthlyQuote.com has a right to determine what falls into
these categories.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote may suspend or cancel your
account at any time for violation of these terms of service
without refund of dues paid.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com can suspend or cancel
your membership at any time for any other reason with refund
of dues paid for unused services.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com does not refund dues if
you cancel your account within a given pay period that has
already been paid for once that pay period begins, even
if services have been unused.
- You agree that MonthlyQuote.com may modify the terms and
conditions of this Agreement or the prices of its services,
as well as discontinue or change the services offered at
any time without prior notice. You will be bound by the
modified Agreement, prices and/or policies if you choose
to use the services. Furthermore, MonthlyQuote.Com retains
the right to change any or all of it’s Policies, Terms
of Service, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification..
- You agree to MonthlyQuote.com's privacy
policy and understand that MonthlyQuote.com will not
intentionally make your personal information, including
email address(es) available to any outside party.
- You agree to hold MonthlyQuote.com, SteadyServe.Net and
all their employees, officers, vendors, members and affiliates
harmless for any damage that may be caused by MonthlyQuote.com
carrying out or attempting to carry out its service.
- You agree that if any provision in this agreement is
held to be unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not
render the remaining provisions of this agreement unenforceable.
- You agree that In the event of a dispute, the venue for
litigation will be in San Francisco county, California
- You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and able
to enter into a legal contract.
- You agree that use of MonthlyQuote.Com’s services
is at your sole risk.
